Medicinal Cannabis Permit - Cultivation and Production - Australian Government

Description

You will need this permit if you intend to undertake cultivation and production activities in relation to medicinal cannabis.

Please note, you must also hold a Medicinal Cannabis Licence before commencing activities. The permit will set out the types and amount of cannabis plants, cannabis or cannabis resin that can be grown and / or produced under a licence.
