Offshore Project Proposal - Australian Government

Description

You may require an Offshore Project Proposal (OPP) if you intend to undertake a new offshore petroleum development project in Commonwealth waters (i.e. Australian waters outside the state and territory 3 mile boundary).

An offshore project is one or more petroleum activities that are undertaken for the purpose of the recovery of petroleum, other than on an appraisal basis.
