To be eligible for this accreditation, you must:
- hold a Real Estate Agent's Licence and / or Stock and Station Agent's Licence
- complete a 'Statement of Attainment' demonstrating that you have been assessed as competent by a qualified trainer working with a registered training organisation
- demonstrate competency in the training qualification/s required for auctioneer accreditation.
If a licensee intends to conduct auctions under both a stock and station agent class (auctioning both stock and rural land) and a real estate agent class of licence, evidence of having completed all required competencies must be provided. Refer to the Property and Stock Agents (Qualifications) Order 2019 for more information.
