Arms Fair Permit - New South Wales

Description

You will need this permit if you intend to conduct or participate in an arms fair where firearms are displayed for sale or exhibition to the public:

  • it authorises you to conduct an arms fair if you are a licensed NSW Firearms Dealer or a licensed NSW Club Official

  • it authorises you to participate in an approved arms fair if you hold a current NSW or interstate Firearms Dealer Licence, Firearms Collector Licence, or an Ammunition Collection Permit.
