Authorisation to Provide a Booking Service - New South Wales

You will require this authorisation if you intend to provide a booking service for taxis or hire cars. Providing a booking service means taking bookings for taxis or hire vehicles, and communicating information to drivers for passenger services.

  • hire car companies that take bookings
  • individuals that take bookings, like an independent taxi driver.
