If you hold a dealer's licence, you can apply for a declaration of a device as an approved gaming machine. You will need this declaration if you have designed a new gaming machine (e.g. a poker machine or other approved progressive gaming devices) and want it to be approved for use in NSW.
Please note that:
- there are specific technical standards that your device will need to meet before approval can be granted
- if the Authority decides to investigate your application, you will be required to meet the costs of the investigation.
