Registered Club Authorisations - New South Wales

Description

You will need this authorisation if you operate a registered club and intend to vary your standard conditions of operation. Available authorisations include the following:

  • Non-Restricted Area Authorisation: designates an area or areas within your club premises as non-restricted, allowing individuals under the age of eighteen to enter that area or those areas.
  • Junior Members Authorisation: allows members of your club who are under the age of eighteen to access otherwise restricted areas of the club for the purposes of participation in sporting activities or prize-giving ceremonies associated with sporting activities.
  • Club Functions Authorisation: allows individuals who are either non-members of your club or under the age of eighteen to attend cultural, education, religious, patriotic, professional, charitable, political, literary, sporting, athletic, industrial or community functions on your club premises.
