You will need this approval to obtain a new industrial radiation source for your business. Approval is required each time you purchase or obtain a radiation source.

Categories of approval comprise:

  • radiation equipment
  • sealed radioactive substance
  • unsealed radioactive substance.

You must only apply to acquire the radiation sources that you are approved to possess under your possession licence.
