Precious Stones Claim - South Australia


This claim authorises the holder to conduct mining operations and to remove and sell opal or other precious stones. Claims are registered by a mining registrar provided all relevant provisions of the Opal Mining Act have been complied with. Claims may be pegged inside or outside a proclaimed precious stones field. Applicants intending to peg a claim outside a proclaimed area should contact Primary Industries & Resources SA.
